I'm pleasantly satisfied with my experience with this complex so far. They've been very accommodating and all the staff I have had to deal with have been very kind. Even though it's a two phase apartment complex it is pretty quiet through the evening and the night. I'm outside a lot and no one is really loud. The maintenance came to fix some minor issues and did so within the day I called about it! The location is fantastic, 10 mins in any direction and I get to where I need to be. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in the Dallas area. Best value and most friendly staff you could ask for.

Avenida Crossing I just want to say thanks for everything I lived there 6 years thanks to Liberty for being so great and attentive and awesome Boss ?? lol ??Manny for being there when I need help on anything that has to do with apartment issues you are the man thanks for taking care of Business lol ??Ruth for the smile that brightens up the room and being awesome customer service when you walk through the door you the . The front office treats you like family right when you walk in the door or just passing through for a good conversation they always ask and care about the tenants wouldn't recommend living anywhere else. Go Avenida Crossing lol .

I been living at Avenida crossing for 6 years love living here Liberty is the greatest Matt is always there when you need him you the man lol and Ruth is Awesome. Before moving in to Avienda Crossing the reviews on google really made me nervous. It is my first apartment and I honestly thought the worst. But once moving in, meeting the staff, and neighbors I have to say all of my worries are gone. I love my apartment. For my first place I'm glad to call it home.

I had an issue with some wiring in my apartment and I was very pleased on how quickly Liberty contacted my cable provider and even called me back to apologize. She is very good at what she does. I am happy i chose these apartments. Awesome Management!
